   We will accept many Letay Store merchandise returns in the original condition. Some exclusions apply. 

   Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the merchandise is defective or there is a shipping error. 

      Items purchased at LetayStore.com are eligible for a refund of the purchase price on the original method of payment. If you paid for your order through PayPal. you will receive a credit to your PayPal account. 

     We will not process returns postmarked 30 days after the order date. Items must be in their original purchase condition and include the original product packaging, tickets attached and original packing slip. Returns will not be accepted if they have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged.

• Please pack your item(s) in a secure package.

• Affix the shipping label onto your return package.

• Bring your package to any authorized USPS or UPS facility.

• We suggest obtaining a printed confirmation letter for your records.

Note: All returns are at the buyer's cost.

    LetayStore.com will refund your credit card for the purchase amount less shipping and handling within 3 business days after receiving the item(s), however, the time it takes for a refund to appear will depend on your credit card company or bank. Typically, a refund will appear on the client's bank account for up to 10 business days after the date of the refund.

   You will receive an email notifying you when we have received your return and credited your account.

    Note: You are responsible for all return shipping charges unless otherwise noted on your packing slip.
